Good Times

I just want to take a moment and tell everyone how happy and proud I am of the direction of this team. We have an unbelievable team chemistry and prove that week after week. This weekend we played 4 games and although our record was only 2-2, we played 2 of them against C teams and 1 against a D team that ended up winning the tournament.

We continue to have fun playing together and not worrying about any of the small stuff that other teams have to deal with. Will and myself had decided at the beginning of the year that we would not put up with any BS or attitudes and that this would be a fun year to play ball and I believe that even though we had to make a tough decision on players that we would have liked to have kept around, we are better off for it in the long run.

As for personell, Justin C has been a great addition to the team and will primarily play short for us. Also there is another new member named Justin Jones which we will get on the roster probably this week that will be playing part time at second and third for us. Welcome to both of you and we are happy to have you guys around.

We have the NIT in two weeks and will have our next chance to qualify for Super World in Muncie, IN in October. This is a very important tournament and we need to get everyone out their for this. The only person I know of that is missing for that tournament as of right now is myself. I will get with everyone this week to verify that. Again, thanks for everything and it is a good time to be Fusion.
